Listings come from the FMCSA National Registry, so most gaps are address formatting problems rather than missing clinics. Either way, we want to hear about it.
Email us the details
Useful things to include:
- Clinic name and full street address
- The certified examiner's name, as it appears on the National Registry
- Phone number
- What is wrong on the current listing, with a link to the page
- If you work at the clinic, say so, and tell us what needs correcting
If you are a driver and a clinic turned you away, tell us that too. A location that no longer does DOT exams should not stay on the map, even if the examiner is still federally certified.
