9075 Sandidge Center Cove, Olive Branch, MS 38654 · DeSoto County

Call before you drive out. The National Registry lists who is certified, not when they work. Hours, walk-in policy and the exam price are set by the clinic, and DOT exams are often limited to certain days.

What to expect here

A clinic or physician practice with certified examiners on staff. Call ahead: DOT exams may be by appointment only.

The certified examiners here include nurse practitioners. Any of them can perform the exam and issue your medical certificate. FMCSA does not require a physician.
