DOT Physicals at Community Care

765 S Utah Ave, Idaho Falls, ID 83402 · Bonneville County

Call before you drive out. The National Registry lists who is certified, not when they work. Hours, walk-in policy and the exam price are set by the clinic, and DOT exams are often limited to certain days.

What to expect here

A clinic or physician practice with certified examiners on staff. Call ahead: DOT exams may be by appointment only.

The certified examiners here include advanced practice registered nurses, doctors of nursing practice, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Any of them can perform the exam and issue your medical certificate. FMCSA does not require a physician.
